Now a mother and grandmother, Tammy Trover is a Vet who works for the Veterans Administration helping vets coordinate their medical benefits. She holds a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and is now working on her master’s degree. A native of Maine living in Denver, Colorado, she is a colon-cancer survivor. The ABC’s of Surviving Cancer: Alive, Beautiful, & Courageous is her first book, and she hopes to produce more on topics such as eating disorders and other challenges many face. Tammy is proud to donate a portion of the proceeds from this book to the American Cancer Society.
